Gregor Alton - Managing Consultant
Gregor joined Interactive IT Recruitment in July 2006 as a Senior Consultant after specializing in Sales and Marketing recruitment for 3 years. He turned his hand to IT recruitment quickly and in September 07 he was promoted to Managing Consultant. Gregor is focused on driving the company forward to fulfill its vision: 'to be a Recruitment Consultancy that is focused on successfully delivering a people centred service to the benefit of our clients, candidates, staff and community'.
Gregor’s approach is simple – build relationships with clients and candidates based on trust, honesty and mutual understanding. He endeavors to understand exactly what clients and candidates want and he will go to great lengths to ensure that expectations are exceeded.
If you are nervous about interviews, if your technique in interviews needs some work or if you struggle to sell yourself – Gregor is the guy to talk to.
Out of the office you can find Gregor wherever there has been recent snowfall, failing that he will be on the dryslope or losing balls on the golf course.
Simon Morris - Recruitment Consultant
Simon joined Interactive in November 2004 and over the years has more than earned his place in the IT division. In 2006 Simon’s efforts and results were recognized when he was awarded the Rising Star Award at the Archant Suffolk Recruitment Awards. Numerous clients testified that this was very well deserved and as a result consider Simon their exclusive recruitment partner.
Simon recruits technical staff at all levels from Graduates to Directors with a particular emphasis on working with software companies.
Simon’s service orientated approach to his job and his primary driver of providing only the best possible level of service to his clients has earned their respect and their commitment to interviewing his candidates on his recommendation alone. Similarly, candidates value his knowledge of the market and his ability to get doors open for them.
Conscious never to over-sell or under-sell you will always know where you stand with Simon and that he is merely striving for the perfect match.
Out of the office, you will see Simon posing in his convertible, wining and dining his girlfriend or propping up a bar in Colchester.
Stephen Hardwick - Recruitment Consultant
Stephen joined Interactive in August 2007 with just over a year's experience in the recruitment industry and many years in Estate Agency. Stephen is an integral member of the team and he has demonstrated that he has the ability to match candidates to clients very well. He prides himself on fully understanding the nature of his clients’ business and spends considerable time in ensuring he vets his candidates thoroughly in order to ensure he only submits the most credible candidates for consideration.
He also aims to qualify his candidate’s needs, motivation factors and individual desires and takes pride in helping candidates secure career progressive roles. When you talk to Stephen you will hear the passion and enthusiasm in his voice and you will quickly understand how seriously he takes his position.
Stephen works with a wide portfolio of clients including manufacturing companies, software companies and a special focus in the mobile application development companies.
Stephen is a family man. However, when he is not spending time with his wife, he can be found in his garden pruning plants and tending to his veggie patch trying to become self sufficient!
