Contingency Permanent Recruitment
This is classic no win, no fee recruitment. If you are looking for a new permanent member of staff, one of our specialist consultants will take time to come and meet with you and to understand your needs, preferably at your offices or over the telephone.
We will then conduct a thorough search, we will manage the appropriate advertising, go through the pre-selection process and then provide you with a shortlist of candidates. We will act as the go between to arrange interviews and to negotiate any resulting job offer.
The great part for you, the client, is that you only pay a fee should you make an appointment. Our fee is based on a percentage of the employee’s starting remuneration.
Furthermore, we even take on some of the risk involved in hiring a new member of staff through our rebate scheme. Should your new employee leave within the first three months we will endeavour to replace that person free of charge of give you a proportion of the introduction fee back.

Retained Permanent Recruitment
This is project based recruitment and is particularly relevant for vacancies where there is a general skills shortage, where the client wishes to appoint a candidate that is working for a competitor, or where there is a requirement for a high degree of confidentiality.
A retained search is essentially a project. We work with the client on an exclusive basis until the successful appointment of a new employee. A dedicated Consultant is assigned to work full time on the project. After taking a full brief our consultants thoroughly search the market and begin to approach relevant individuals, through head hunting, networking and sometimes through advertising.
When we have met and interviewed enough relevant candidates we formally present a short list to you and once you have agreed it begin the interview process. This process should lead to the successful placement of a new employee. Where it does not first time around, we go back to the searching phase and begin again.
Typically we base the fee on a percentage of the candidate’s starting salary but charge a third on commencement, a third on shortlist and a third on the acceptance of a job offer. This is reflective of the fact that you will have a skilled consultant dedicated to your project.

Contract Recruitment
From time to time every business needs extra staff resources. Whether it be for a project or a campaign or where there is a requirement for specialist skills on a short term basis. This is where contractors can fill the gap.
Contractors are generally limited companies or sole traders whose services we can supply to you for a set period of time.
Contractors are most prevalent in the IT industry although we do supply sales professionals on a contract basis for campaign work.
Our consultants have an excellent understanding of the contract market and can advise you on the availability and likely rates for any given skill set you may require.
Once we have fully understood your requirement we will search for relevant contractors and provide you with range of CVs. We arrange interviews with you and negotiate rates on your behalf, be it hourly, daily or monthly.
Contractors allow you maximum flexibility and the ability to get resource quickly.
