Wishing to keep it simple here, we are not going to declare how we differ from everyone else or tell you about our visions, philosophies and mission statement. What you're probably interested in is how we work and who with.



We work closely with a large number of companies throughout East Anglia, London and the UK from SME's to major international Bluechip companies and they tell us it's because we work hard to understand them and are honest with them. We don't wallpaper their offices with CV's, but strive to reduce the amount of time they spend interviewing by coming up with a select shortlist of well-matched candidates for each role. We generally work on a contingency basis, in other words; no win, no fee.

Talking of fees, we do realise that many of our competitors are comfortable with working at low fees but we never try to win business by being the cheapest; nor are we the most expensive.

We work with a base of clients who value their services and products and so may be more expensive than many of their competitors. We feel that if our clients are proud of the level of service they provide, then they will appreciate and respect our desire to operate in the same way. We are of course, happy to discuss your individual requirements and may well look at a revised fee structure based on high volume needs.
