Interactive Recruitment is proud to be working alongside a large Insurance company in the town centre, assisting with their current recruitment drive for 2009. The company is seeking a new team member to join the Credit Hire Claims Department.
The purpose of the role is to validate and negotiate settlement of Credit Hire Claims in accordance with ABI General Terms of Agreement whilst providing a professional and efficient service to the company’s internal and external customers.
The key tasks will be to negotiate settlement of credit hire claims in a professional and efficient service to all internal and external customers to a consistently high quality.
Candidates will secure an interview if you can demonstrate 12 months experience in the insurance industry, you will be organised and a confident communicator.
A background in customer relations or experience of conflict resolution would be an advantage, however will not secure an interview, if you do not hold the insurance experience.
