Job Title: Advertising Account Executive
Salary: £13,500-£17,500 + Bonus
Location: Colchester

The role will be based within a friendly team of sales advisors who worked together to hit sales targets, build relationships, and win new customers. You will be servicing existing accounts, ensuring all customers are offered an excellent level of service at all times, that products are tailor-made to customers requirements and creative input is added at all times.
The day to day duties of the role will be to liaise with existing customers promoting the services of this local advertising company, you will be offering creative and technical advice, negotiating with clients and building up your own customer database to service. You will also be responsible to follow up new leads, converting theses to customers and building relations for the future.
Ideally the successful candidate will have a "can do" attitude and be able to fit into a positive, fun and upbeat office who are all very positive about there individual roles in the company. All candidates will need to have a confident and friendly telephone manner, with previous sales experience. You will have a telesales background, and be able to demonstrate personal qualities that are required to be a success and can demonstrate building relationships, along with being career focused then we will also consider your applications.
This role will also involve attending exhibitions to represent the company, meeting new customers, and promoting the companies services, so all applicants will need to be good with customers face to face and be presentable at all times.
The salary will reflect ability and all successful applicants will earn bonus. On-going career assessments will be held to give all candidates the opportunities to progress and develop their skills.
