This large organisation are currently seeking a HSE Manager to support and advise managers and colleagues on the Company's policies and approach to Health, Safety and Environment in line with legislative and Company standards.
You will review, update and maintain the HSE webpage, provide timely HSE information to support tenders and bids and drive and communicate HSE initiatives and policies.
You MUST have extensive experience as a HSE Manager as well as;
Strong negotiating, interpersonal & diplomacy skills.
A pragmatic approach to Health and Safety Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
A professional approach to quality
The ability to build internal and external customer focus
You MUST also have;
Experience across safety, health and environmental function
Be comfortable ensuring the implementation, management and monitoring of safety, quality and environmental systems and processes.
The successful candidate will;
Be Qualified to degree level (or equivalent) Hold relevant postgraduate qualifications in Health & Safety (foe example, NEBOSH diploma)
Chartered Member of IOSH (Preferred)
