This growing organisation started two years ago and has since grown with force.

They are very profitable, have around 100 employees and are still growing.
 

They are currently growing their strong development team and are looking for Senior Java developers to work with them to develop their innovative technology. 

You MUST be a very experienced developer having worked on the full lifecycle from requirements capture to delivery.

You MUST be able to think outside the box, working with a strong team with the ability to work autonomously where necessary.
 

ESSENTIALS: 

·         Experience of object oriented programming / modular programming is ESSENTIAL

·         Experience of the full software development lifecycle: from business / systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery is essential. 

Experience of Spring IoC, Automated Testing, Hibernate, Spring, Google Web Toolkit (GWT) and Tomcat would be HIGHLY advantageous.
