Customer Services Representative - inbound and outbound

A large international organization is recruiting for someone to join their Customer Services Team based in Ipswich.
The role will focus on taking incoming calls from a range of clients, processing their orders based on stock levels and their requirement and ensure the products are delivered on time. You will occassionally be required to call previous or exisiting clients to maintain contact and service levels. This is a fast moving high paced environment that will involve working with other professionals to ensure high levels of service are attained.
The successful candidate will have some experience in customer services, probably a call centre and will be happy to wear a telephone headset.
