Details:
Urgently seeking a Marketing Manager (Designate) to join a growing international business that are a market leading house hold name in their sector.
Reporting to the current Marketing Manager (who is staying in the business but looking at new ventures) you will be responsible for managing the marketing of new and existing consumer products and product ranges, including packaging and legislative compliance.
The successful candidate will have sufficient experience in order to fulfill the following accountabilities and responsibilities to very high standards:
- Produce annual fully costed 'through the line' marketing plan
- Delivery of the marketing plan to budget and against measurable KPI's
- Continually reviewing product ranges in both value and volume against margins/profits
- Market intel / sales analysis / competitor analysis
- Involvement with key accounts in terms of product promo's
- Developing packaging copy and design (adhering to legislation)
- Contribute to new product development
- Liaison with external consultants and agencies
- Attending events, congresses and conferences
